RETURN POLICY
We can at this stage not do returns so we ask you to please choose your items carefully and use the sizing charts or email us at info@nayiha.com to help you with the perfect fit!

IN THE EVENT OF A FAULTY ITEM
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at info@nayiha.com so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Orders that are placed in South Africa will be dispatched from our office in Cape Town and orders from the rest of the world from our main office in Sweden. Your order will be delivered within 2-5 working days.

There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES?
You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by your country your order is being shipped to.  These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately can not be reimbursed or refunded by Nayiha.
If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office to find out more information

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is packed and leaves our Nayiha office, you will receive an email with your tracking details to track your parcel with DHL or Swedish Post.

A signature upon delivery is required, so if you are not home at the time of delivery you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local post office.
In the event that you have failed to collect you package from your Post Office (upon awaiting collection) or an incorrect address was entered when making your purchase, this will result in the courier returning your package back to our office. In order for your package to be re-dispatched to you there you will incur a re-dispatch fee. Re-dispatch fees may vary depending on your location.
If you have not received your items within 4 business days of making your order please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately. In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection. You will be notified via SMS if your parcel has been carded to your Post Office – this functionality applies to orders that only have been placed with a phone number when checking out.

All Nayiha swimwear are made in high quality material, containing LYCRA® XTRA LIFETM elastane designed to resist fit loss and fibre breakage caused by pool water and sunscreen, giving you long lasting shape, fit and all time style

The fabrics used in our garments are tested for harmful substances according to Oeko-Text Standard 100

Composition: 82% Polyamide & 18% Elastane
Wash Instruction: 40°C machine wash

Bikini
Fully lined triangle bikini with print motif. Top with gold metal beads and ties at the neck
